Tigaraksa Satria's (TRS) SAP implementation, has gone live since July 2, 2004. The implementation includes SAP functionality such as financial, controlling, material management and sales & distribution modules, and covers all TRS' branches. The go-live was one month ahead of schedule and the roll-out was completed in less than eight months.

The SAP implementation was done smoothly and did not affect the day-to-day operations of TRS at all. This is an achievement that all of us take pride in. With SAP, TRS expects to see a considerable improvement in efficiency and operational optimization. With the wide functionality of mySAP Business Suite, TRS can now easily monitor in real-time which products have been sold in its key outlets and which products are the most profitable. Such information will serve as useful tool for the management and the sales operational team.

The HR Excellence Award is a joint initiative by SWA magazine and LMFEUI, given out annually for an excellence in managing employee development and empowerment. Attaining this award is a significant milestone for TRS and reflects the commitment and continuous effort to develop and empower our human resources, as well aligning HR development practices with TRS businesses. In 2010 TRS has won the 2nd Winner on the Training and Development category and as Finalist on Employee Involvement category. In 2011, TRS is honored to receive two prestigious awards of international knowledge management study in Indonesia, given out by Dunamis Organizational Services and Teleos. TRS is awarded the Winner of Indonesian MAKE Study 2011 and special recognition for “Most Admirable Leadership through Local Wisdom” Award which has shown the company’s commitment in creating knowledge-driven organization and leadership’s role shown to employees. TRS is also acknowledged “Zero Accident Award” from the Indonesian Minister of Employment and Transmigration, Drs. H.A. Muhaimin Iskandar for TRS’ achievement in implementing the Health & Safety at Work that reached 783.627 working hours since 1 January 2008 to 30 November 2010 without accident.
